Gaddafi family process to files war crimes complain against NATO

Gaddafi family lawyer said on Wednesday that they are going to process and file complain against NATO with the International Criminal Court (ICC)for its role in the death of Gaddafi.
It has been established that, Gaddafi vehicle was fired by NATO aircraft, he was captured and killed on Thursday near the city of Sirte in the situation that is still uncertain.
A lawyer Marcel Ceccaldi, who worked for Gaddafi said that alleged that the direct cause of Gaddafi death was NATO aircraft firing on Gaddafi vehicles. He said that "The wilful killing of someone protected by the Geneva Convention is defined as a war crime by Article 8 of the ICC's Rome Statute.
He is unsure about the time when they are going to file complain, but he affirmed that the allegation wold target both Nato executive bodies and the leaders of alliance member states.
According to Ceccaldi the mission of NATO was not to protect civilians but to overthrow the regime, which is clear by the murder of Gaddafi, "Either the ICC intervenes as an independent and impartial jurisdiction or it doesn't, in which case force will overrule the law."
It has become a great concern on how Gaddafi died after he was dragged out from the drain where he was hiding after Nato air strike.
